Alliance recruits with eye on asset management

Developer Property Alliance Group has added three surveyors to its books.

Peter Owen joined the asset management team after spells at UGL and Australia Group in Sydney. Prior to that he worked at Lambert Smith Hampton in Sheffield. He joined as asset management surveyor.

Frank Taylor joined the industrial department as development surveyor, working on lettings and development alongside industrial director, Lee Charnley. Taylor arrived from Weatherall Sanderson.

Alex Thomas came from Ridley Thaw Chartered Surveyors to support investment and asset management projects as surveyor.

Charnley said: "We have attracted three quality individuals that will either work directly within, or alongside our expanding asset management team which acts on behalf of receivers and administrators, actively managing distressed commercial property portfolios for banks and other lending institutions. We welcome Peter, Frank and Alex to our company and know they will help consolidate our business today as well as being an integral part of growing it in the future."
