Alliance lets Sale office to Shred-it

Property Alliance Group has let a self-contained office totalling 2,850 sq ft at Corner House to international document destroyer Shred-it.
The rapidly expanding firm has opened a new UK shared services centre at Corner House, at the junction of Dane Road and Cross Street.
Richard Simpson, UK regional manager of Shred-it commented: "We were looking for a base with good access to the M60 and airport as well as commuter towns for our employees. Corner House provides modern office facilities that enabled us to move straight into with very little disruption to the business."
