Alliance hands over £15m MAN Truck facility

Property Alliance Group has completed the £15m redevelopment of the former Trafford Park Bakery into a service centre for MAN Truck & Bus UK.
Alliance sister company, Russells Construction, delivered the 48,000 sq ft manufacturing workshop and 20,000 sq ft office building for pre-delivery vehicle inspections. MAN took a new 22-year lease at an annual rental of £875,000 a year.
Lee Charnley, industrial director, Property Alliance Group, said: "Completing a large scale development and being recognised for our off-market activity with an international business during a difficult economic period, has given Alliance the confidence and belief that the property sector can climb out of the recession and continue to pursue development opportunities."
