Alliance agrees Cumbria lettings

Property Alliance Group has let 22,800 sq ft of industrial space on Alliance Business Park in Penrith to Jeld Wen, a door supplier.
The new tenant agreed a lease on three units at £62,765 a year for a five-year term. The 28,991 sq ft business park is now fully let.
Alliance Business Park is on the Gilwilly Industrial Estate and is Penrith's biggest business park.
The joint letting agents are Carigiet Cowen and PF&K Commercial.
