Alliance adds to asset team

Alliance Property Asset Management has appointed Alan Harris from Weybourne Asset Managemen as senior asset manager.

APAM now has 25 staff across its offices in Manchester and London. Harris has over 30 years' experience in property asset management having run the UK asset management division of Green Property and Weybourne in London, sourcing and managing real estate investment opportunities on behalf of high net worth investors.

Harris will be based mainly in London. APAM is a joint venture between Property Alliance Group and London-based asset management partnership Cooke & Powell LLP.
