Allerton luxury flats proposal unveiled

A planning application for 11 upmarket apartments in the south Liverpool suburb of Allerton has been submitted by architects Falconer Chester Hall on behalf of client Schemeglobal Properties.

Adam Hall, managing director of Falconer Chester Hall, said the application was a sign of confidence returning to the residential market. He added: "We've been given an opportunity to do something really special with these apartments. These will definitely be aimed at the upper end of the market and are a sign that there is a renewal of confidence in being able to find buyers for properties such as these."

The development site is in a woodland setting on Cromptons Lane and was formerly occupied by a large detached property which was demolished under the terms of a previous planning consent.

Hall added: "They will all be three-bedroom properties and each will come with two underground car parking spaces. The design will be first-class and they will be finished to a very high specification indeed."

Schemeglobal Properties was formed in 2009 and is based in Ormskirk.
