Allerton apartment scheme approved

SchemeGlobal Properties has been granted planning permission for 11 upmarket flats in Crompton Lane in the south Liverpool suburb.

Architect Falconer Chester Hall designed the high-end apartments in a three-storey block on the site of the former Calder House, which was demolished five years ago under the terms of a previous planning consent.

Adam Hall, managing director of Falconer Chester Hall, said: "This development will begin to re-establish a market for very high quality properties. We will be creating a crisp, modern building that is respectful of its surroundings."

The apartments will be serviced by undercroft parking for 20 vehicles.
