Aintree business park fully let
Orbit Developments’ Aintree Racecourse business park is now fully occupied after window shutter manufacturer Perfect Shutters agreed to lease a 6,300 sq ft showroom for five years.
The rental rate was not disclosed but other units at the park have been marketed previously for around £7.70/sq ft.
Perfect Shutters, which also has showrooms in Moreton and Mossley Hill, will join brands including Screwfix, Toolstation, Benchmark Kitchens, CTD Tiles and City Plumbing at the 410,000 sq ft business park on Ormskirk Road.
The park also has 175,000 sq ft of retail space home to TK Maxx, Curry’s, JD Sports and The Range.
Dennis Dwyer, Orbit Developments’ divisional director for Merseyside, said: “It is never easy to maintain a full occupancy on such a large site.
“Perfect Shutters is an established name in this area and I am sure they will benefit from the move to our site and being surrounded by other complementary businesses.”
The deal was struck directly between Orbit and Perfect Shutters and no third party agents were involved.
