Ainscough signs three in Leyland

Ainscough Properties has completed three deals at Leyland Business Park, which it recently refurbished.
Engineering machinist, Petann Engineering, will move from Tarleton to an industrial unit of 6,745 sq ft.
Damian Lamb Cars, a car dealer requiring greater storage facilities, has also taken 6,745 sq ft.
A further storage compound totalling 14,000 sq ft was let to Jones Lighting, a street lighting services specialist, on a six-year lease.
Robert Pinkus & Co and Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons are joint agents for Leyland Business Park.
