Ainscough Johnston to transform Enersys site

Strategic land company Ainscough Johnston has bought the former Enersys site in Clifton, Salford.

The Lancashire-based company plans to turn the site into a business park, with more than 300,000 sq ft of refurbished industrial accommodation, a 30,000 sq ft office park, and ten acres of storage.

Units will range from 1,500 sq ft to 110,000 sq ft.

Nolan Redshaw advised Ainscough Johnson and will continue to act for the scheme.
