Agents let four units at Oakhill
CBRE and GVA have found tenants for 80,000 sq ft at the Oakhill Trading Estate near Bolton.
The agents have let four units, ranging in size from 5,000-25,000 sq ft to: decking specialist AB Sundecks; nursery bedding and baby furniture manufacturer, Lollipop Lane; powder coatings specialist, Architectural Coatings; and retail consultants, SD Retail Consulting.
The estate is adjacent to the M61 at Walkden and close to the M60.
Steve Capper, senior surveyor at CBRE North West, said: "In spite of the challenging economic conditions we have managed to secure a number of occupiers operating within various industry sectors.
"It goes to show that if you can provide a good quality product, which is well managed, together with a proactive landlord then you give yourself the best chance of beating the competition."
The building is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
