Agents instructed on Link Six 56

GVA and CB Richard Ellis North West have been appointed to let 145,000 sq ft at the Warrington industrial property, part of the Stretton Distribution Centre.

The facility is a modern high bay building located within a mile of the M6/M56 interchange within half an hour of both Manchester and Liverpool.
Some of Europe's largest companies are located in the area, including Iron Mountain, Eddie Stobart, TDG, and SCS.

Paul Cook, associate director of industrial agency at CBRE North West, said: "We expect Link Six 56 will see a high level of interest from potential occupiers, particularly due to the limited availability of modern high facilities of this size and with its location an additional selling point being immediately adjacent to the M56 and M6 motorways and within 5 miles of the M62 motorway which are important for distribution, storage and logistics companies.

"There is a shortage in the North West of prime industrial space like Link Six 56, and we are continuing to see demand coming from businesses looking to relocate to larger premises to facilitate growth, which is a good sign for the wider market."

Quoting rents and the name of the owner were not disclosed.
