Rok Development has retained joint agents Knight Frank and Robert Pinkus & Co to launch The Links on Blackpool Business Park.
The £3.25m scheme contains 25,000 sq ft of light industrial space in Piper Court, due for completion later in October, and 15,000 sq ft of offices in Seneca House, ready in December.
The Links is next to Blackpool Airport and near the M55. Bespoke design and build opportunities are also available on an adjacent site, which can accommodate a further 75,000 sq ft.
Daniel Bourmad, associate at Knight Frank in Manchester, said: "Blackpool Business Park's strength is its proximity to the motorway and there is no doubt that the nearby airport will become an increasingly important selling point.
"The early interest we have had from both occupiers and investors is a real indication how the market in Blackpool is growing."
