Agents appointed for Deeside Industrial Park unit

The Manchester office of Colliers CRE and Legat Owen have been appointed as joint agents to market a 105,000 sq ft unit at EXP 55 on F&C REIT Asset Management's Deeside Industrial Park, Flintshire.

The manufacturing and distribution space was formerly occupied by car components manufacturer Faurecia.

Julien Kenny-Levick, director of industrial and logistics at Colliers CRE Manchester, said the industrial park is located in a "tier 2 grant assisted area" so an occupier may qualify for European grant funding through the Single Investment Fund administered by the Welsh Assembly Government.

He said: "The unit is fully fitted to a high specification and gives occupiers the potential to substantially extend the unit if required."

Toyota, BASF, TI Automotive Systems and Ralawaise are all based at the park.
