Agent appointed for Liverpool Innovation Park
Space Northwest has instructed DTZ as principal agent on Liverpool Innovation Park, to work alongside its asset management team based at the Edge Lane campus.
Space Northwest, a joint venture between Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the North West Development Agency, owns and operates Liverpool Innovation Park.

Emily D'Ambrosio, Space Northwest regional manager, added: "DTZ's expertise will add significant impetus to marketing LIP as a key asset of Liverpool's knowledge economy, particularly to a national and international audience looking to invest in a UK or European base."
The 500,000 sq ft Liverpool Innovation Park was launched in 2008 and covers 110 acres and houses more than 70 organisations. The park incorporates Marconi's former HQ site, the adjacent MTL site, and the neighbouring Wavertree Technology Park.
DTZ said the site can provide space ranging from 1,000 sq ft up to 221,250 sq ft and up to 300,000 sq ft design and build solutions.
The Ashtenne Industrial Fund, which commenced trading in July 2001, is managed by Aviva Investors and asset managed by Warner Estate Holdings.
GVA Grimley had previously been the agent on Liverpool Innovation Park over a year ago.
