Add People relocates in Altrincham

Digital marketing agency Add People is moving into new offices at Swift Court on Scott Drive in the Greater Manchester town.

The holding company Add Media Group has agreed a three year lease for the whole of Unit 8 and half of Unit 7, totalling 9,070 sq ft, which includes 30 on site car parking spaces, with Swift Developments for an undisclosed sum.

Charles Murray, managing director of Regional Property Solutions, who acted on behalf of the landlord, said: "This letting is vindication that Altrincham continues to offer an excellent environment in which to work, endorsed by Add People which has chosen to remain in the town. Despite the woes of the retail sector on the offices side it remains an attractive place to operate a business. The town centre offers all the amenities, the motorway network and airport are within easy reach and it is well served by public transport with the Metrolink providing easy access to Manchester city centre."

Add People was previously based across two sites on Ashley Road in the town but it has consolidated its IT, sales and customer service operations under one roof at Swift Court.

TFC acted jointly for Swift Developments and the tenant represented themselves in the deal.
