Actors’ agency takes space at Peel’s Quay West

Actors' agency MTM Associates is the latest occupier to let space at Peel's Business Centre located on the ground floor at its Quay West building within Media City UK.

The agency has relocated from Ardwick in Manchester, where it has been established for eleven years providing actors and actresses for television programmes such as Coronation Street, Emmerdale, and Eastenders.

Melody Thresh, from MTM Associates, said: "We have moved to Quay West to be at the heart of television production for the foreseeable future, Media City UK. Quay West Business Centre is in a great location and provides us with excellent facilities."

Liza Marco, property manager for Quay West, added: "The Business Centre offers SME's a full range of services from office space to meeting room hire and we welcome and are delighted that MTM Associates have taken space with us."

MTM Associates are just one of four occupiers who have moved to Quay West Business Centre in the last three months.

Greater Manchester-based shipping company Tuscor Lloyds signed to 2,620 sq ft on the eighth floor of Peel Group's Quay West on a five-year deal in August this year.

In November, Preferred Office Solutions completed refurbishment work to the three story atrium reception, and upgraded the Business Centre with new carpet and installed new lighting.

Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants were retained by Peel Land & Property as joint letting agents for the office building in October last year.
