Activity Toys takes Bolton warehouse

Halo Investments has signed the supplier of outdoor and indoor play equipment to Wingates Industrial Estate in Bolton.
Activity Toys has taken the 11,283 sq ft Unit 1002 on a ten year lease with a break at the fifth year for an undisclosed sum.
David Nuttall, surveyor at Knight Frank, which acted on behalf of Halo, said: "There were many options in this size range for this requirement, but it was the quality of the unit and added bonus of having a large yard that secured the deal."
Wingates Industrial Estate is located just off the A6 Chorley Road, with both junctions five and six of the M61 motorway a short distance away.
