Active Profile reports wins in key sectors

Active Profile, the PR and marketing agency with offices in Liverpool and Manchester, reported two client wins in key sectors of property & regeneration and science & technology.

English Cities Fund, the public-private joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes & Communities Agency, appointed Active Profile to advise on its New Bailey office scheme in Salford, across the River Irwell from Spinningfields.

Initial phases of New Bailey are on site, including a 143-bed Premier Inn, forward-funded by La Salle Investment Management, a 615-space car park and One New Bailey, a 125,000 sq ft, eight-storey office development.

350 Investment Partners, manager of the North West Fund for Energy & Environmental, appointed Active Profile on a 12-month contract. The agency won the contract following a competitive tender process. Active Profile will deliver strategic marketing and PR campaigns that support the fund's investment activity in the region's energy and environmental sector.
