AA appoints three and opens Manchester office

Three new directors have been appointed at property consultancy AA Projects, which has opened a new office in Kennedy Street, central Manchester.

Newly appointed directors Justin Myall and John Doyle will lead the new Manchester office while John Murphy joins as director of project management.

Justin Myall, previously a partner at Gardiner and Theobald, said: "Joining AA Projects is a great opportunity for me and I am looking forward to working with both Johns and the existing directors, as we develop and build our commercial client base, not just in Manchester but across the UK. AA Projects has an excellent reputation and I look forward to working with its teams across the country."

John Doyle, who joins from Styles & Wood, has previously worked on high profile developments including The Rock, Bury, and Liverpool One.

John Murphy joins AA Projects from Buro Four and has over 20 years' experience in client, consultant and contractor roles. For the last three years he led a multi-disciplinary design team on Royal Mail projects across the UK.

AA Projects clients include Land Securities, Santander, Honda UK, Wolseley UK and Jardine Motors. The newly appointed team will help further these opportunities while undertaking a number of new commissions.

AA Projects now has seven regional offices and employs more than 100 staff across the UK. Its headquarters is in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Paul Allen, managing director of AA Projects, said: "Creating the new Manchester office opens up tremendous opportunities and with the experience and knowledge John Murphy, Justin and John Doyle have across the industry, we are very well placed to build a successful and complementary offer to our work across the UK."
