80 Mosley Street fully let
The 35,000 sq ft office building owned by Bilsdale Properties in central Manchester is fully occupied following the signing of G2 Legal in 2,200 sq ft on the fifth floor.
G2 Legal, a supplier of legal personnel, agreed a three-year lease at £17.50/sq ft. Stuart Gillespie, director of G2 Legal, said: "We wanted to find a new office which provided our team with the best working environment and one that provide the scope to develop our business in line with our plans."
The joint letting agents on the scheme are OBI Property and Jones Lang LaSalle. Emma Powell, surveyor at OBI Property, advised on the deal. She said: "We are delighted to have agreed a new deal so quickly after part of the fifth floor came back to us. G2 Legal were impressed with the quality of the natural light and views on offer and the building is now again fully let."
Meanwhile, existing tenants Taylors Solicitors and A2Z have renewed their leases in the building.
Powell added: "80 Mosley Street is one of the best buildings in this location and it is very encouraging that the existing occupiers are keen to extend their leases. The occupiers appreciate the strong management team in place, the quality of the offices and the proposed enhancement of St Peter's Square is good news for the building."
Leeds-based Bilsdale Properties is controlled by the family trusts of the late steel tycoon and Blackburn Rovers FC owner Jack Walker.
