3DReid moves to Cross Street

Architecture practice 3DReid is relocating its team of 15 people from City Tower to Catalyst Capital’s recently refurbished 26 Cross Street, Manchester.

3DReid is the architect behind the Co-operative’s One Angel Square headquarters and The Palace Hotel’s recent refurbishment.

The firm has taken 2,381 sq ft of office space at 26 Cross Street, Manchester on a 10-year lease with a break at year five. The building has 14,150 sq ft remaining over five floors and can accommodate requirements from 746 sq ft.

OBI Property is the joint agent with Bilfinger GVA.

Fellow tenants at 26 Cross Street include Henry Boot Developments.

Richard Lace, transactions and asset management, OBI Property, said: “It’s fantastic to see 26 Cross Street continuing to attract high quality occupiers. The refurbishment undertaken by Catalyst Capital embraced the original character of the building and combined it with contemporary finishes. These factors, coupled with the prime location has made it incredibly popular with occupiers from a variety of sectors.”
