Mann Island Finance, part of Investec Bank, has signed a 10-year lease on 11,000 sq ft in the fourth floor of 5 St Paul’s Square, Liverpool.
The car finance broker will relocate from 30-32 Pall Mall, which is due to be redeveloped.
5 St Paul’s Square is owned by Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund.
This deal follows a letting of 7,500 sq ft to Denholm Logistics and brings the total space now occupied in the property to more than 90,000 sq ft.
JLL acted for Standard Life Investments and Rice Consulting advised Mann Island Finance.
Jo Jenner, head of Mann Island Finance, said: “We’re excited to be moving our headquarters to 5 St Paul’s Square. We have expanded in recent years and the move to new modern offices more accurately reflects the ambition and culture of the business and provides it with the enhanced facilities and space required to continue growing and evolving over the long term.”
JLL and Worthington Owen are the joint agents for the remaining 43,000 sq ft of available suites within the building.
