New tenant at Knowsley’s Image Business Park

Minerals Resource Management (MRM) has taken a lease on a substantial warehouse at Acorn Developments' Image Business Park in Knowsley Industrial Estate, north Liverpool.

Image Business Park is located 10 miles north east of Liverpool and 32 miles from Manchester.

MRM – part of the Heidelberg Cement Group and owned and funded by Hanson UK – will join existing tenants, Eastman Company UK, Ames Goldsmith UK and Future Industrial Services, at the former Kodak manufacturing site.

Tony Field, of Kirkby-based Acorn Developments, said: "The Park will appeal to a broad spectrum of companies, which can benefit from the site's existing and substantial infrastructure such as power and utilities."
