New recruits for Infinity

Two specialists have joined the Manchester-based property team of private equity house Infinity Asset Management.

Tim McCormac and Jeremy Pollitt will join Les Lang to work on developing the company's £100m property fund, which launched two months ago.

McCormac was previously at Countryside Properties, where he worked on projects including Liverpool's Mann Island development, while Pollitt joins from Hillcrest Homes, where he was managing director.

McCormac and Pollitt will work closely with Lang – former managing director and founder of residential company Abito, a subsidiary of Ask Developments.

Their responsibilities will include sourcing investment opportunities, assessing potential projects and managing developments for the property fund – which will target £100m of residential and commercial developments with values of between £5m and £25m.

Lang said: "Jeremy and Tim have built up extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry, both in the North West of England and across the UK.

"Their proven track record in sourcing, assessing and capitalising on development opportunities will place us in a strong position as we look to develop innovative projects with a particular emphasis on sustainability and outstanding quality design."
