New partner appointed at Knight Frank
Knight Frank has promoted Andrea George to partner, five months after her arrival as associate in its retail team in Manchester.
George joined the agency as part of Knight Frank's acquisition of niche retail/leisure agency Markham Vaughan Gillingham in June.
She is one of 18 being promoted to partner at Knight Frank, with a further 28 being made associate across the agents' UK offices.
George oversees key North West schemes including Allied London's Spinningfields in Manchester, Piccadilly Place for Argent and Carlyle Group, UK Land and Property and Pochin's Exchange Flags in Liverpool city centre, and Clarence Dock Leeds for Crosby Lendlease.
David Porter, partner and head of North West Commercial at Knight Frank, said: "On behalf of the team, we would like to congratulate Andrea and will support her as she continues to expand the retail department at Knight Frank."
Speaking about her initial appointment, George added: "When we initially came under the 'Knight Frank' banner, our expectation was to continue the same level of service with the backing of an global consultancy. This new relationship has surpassed our expectations and has helped us secure more major schemes within the North West."
