Network Space lets 68,500 sq ft in Knowsley
Mercedes-Benz franchisee and commercial vehicle specialist EStar Truck & Van has agreed terms for the two remaining units at the Element scheme at Alchemy Business Park.
EStar has agreed terms to occupy Network Space’s Element 1, a 22,946 sq ft space, and Element 3, comprising 45,586 sq ft.
Completed by Caddick Construction in 2019, Element is the £8m second phase of development at Alchemy Business Park, located adjacent to the A580 East Lancs Road half a mile from junction 4 of the M57.
EStar holds the Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle franchise for the North West and North Wales and will be setting up a new dealership at Element to include workshops as well as head office space.
Element 1 will be used for vans and Element 3 dedicated to trucks as Mercedes-Benz and its dealers look to adapt to the market switching to electric-powered vehicles. Element 2 is currently occupied by a global online retailer.

Sid Sadique, chairman of EStar, said the Knowsley facility will be “the first of its kind in Europe”.
Element was delivered in partnership with Knowsley Council and Liverpool City Region, with a £1.8m Growth Deal funding package.
CBRE and B8 Real Estate acted as joint agents on Element.
