Muse makes trio of hires
Vinny Rigby, Steve Thomas, and Lawrence Myatt have all joined the regeneration specialist.
Rigby was appointed as project director, joining from Vinci Construction.
He has experience delivering major mixed-use regeneration projects and played an important role in the delivery of Circle Square off Oxford Road in Manchester.
Before Vinci, Rigby was project manager at Bruntwood for eight years. Prior to Bruntwood, he cut his teeth as a project manager with Rider Levett Bucknall for just under 11 years.
Rigby will work from Muse’s Salford office. Muse also has regional teams in Leeds, London, and Birmingham.
Steve Thomas has joined Muse as senior development manager from Urban Splash, where he worked on Park Hill, a major estate regeneration project.
Lawrence Myatt, who will work closely with Thomas to deliver the £2.5bn Salford Crescent scheme, has also joined Muse. He previously worked for THG.
Muse is currently involved in several major projects across the North West, including the £500m regeneration of Wythenshawe, and Oldham’s town centre regeneration.
