McCarthy Stone reworks Hale proposal
Part of the former Sabre Valves site off Moss Lane could be redeveloped under updated plans lodged by the retirement living developer.
McCarthy Stone wants to deliver a 47-unit scheme for elderly residents in Hale.
The development would be constructed on a 1.2-acre chunk of the former Sabre Valves site close to the football ground.
McCarthy Stone’s proposal follows the withdrawal of earlier plans for a larger complex with 64 flats.
The Planning Bureau is advising on planning matters and Box Architects is leading on design. The project team also features GGP Consult, TPM, E3p, Focus, Collington Winter, Cavendish, and Townscape Solutions.
