Marshall’s 328,600 sq ft Knowsley industrial sails through planning

It took the council less than 15 minutes to approve the developer’s plans to build five commercial units across 18 acres at Earlsfield Park.

Marshall CPD can now progress with the delivery of the 328,000 sq ft industrial scheme following Knowsley Council’s approval last Thursday. This decision was made in line with officer recommendations.

The development will feature units ranging from 21,700 sq ft to 73,000 sq ft, accessed via an internal spine road.

Marshall acquired the plot in 2021 from Ion, which secured consent in 2018 for its outline plans to create a 40-acre employment park and around 150 homes on the wider 57-site.

The project team includes Smeeden Foreman, Building Management Services, and Environmental Noise Solutions.
