Manchester’s Richmond House changes hands 

Oxford Court Partnership has acquired the 15,700 sq ft Bloom Street building from FTS Corp. 

The five-storey Richmond House is located in Manchester’s Gay Village and comprises a bar, restaurant and seven office suites. 

Occupiers include Sports Fashion, Eagle Bar, Image Metrics, Pitman Training, I-Teachers. There is one 900 sq ft suite available. 

Sixteen Real Estate acted on behalf of Oxford Court Partnership and Landwood Group negotiated the sale for FTS Corp. 

The sale price was not disclosed.

“Richmond House is a tremendous investment opportunity as a prime freehold investment in the heart of the city centre,” said Anna Main, director of commercial asset management at Landwood Group. 

“The success of the asset highlights the benefits of offering a full range of services to clients within our department from purchaser through to sale.”

“Richmond House was a great fit for our client and there is plenty of scope to drive the investment value over time.” 

 Sixteen Real Estate is retained as leasing agent.
