Manchester MIPIM flight returns for 2012

Following the popularity of the inaugural service in March 2011, a dedicated MIPIM flight will be repeated next year from Manchester to Nice.

The service has been arranged by MAG Developments, the property arm of the Manchester Airports Group. MAG Developments is leading the development of Airport City, the major enterprise zone project at Manchester Airport.

Property professionals will again be able to fly direct from the North of England to the international property conference, with seats now on sale and prices frozen at £225 one-way or £400 return including tax and charges. The Northern MIPIM 2012 flight package includes return flights from Manchester to Nice, plus coach transfer to Cannes; access to the T1 Escape Lounge at Manchester Airport; and a 25kg luggage allowance with free carriage of golf clubs and bikes. The flight departs on the morning of Monday 5 March 2012 at 11am, returning on the afternoon of Friday 9 March 2012 at 2.30pm.

Stephanie Mullenger, business development director of MAG Developments, said: "Feedback was very positive for the last MIPIM flight, so building on our collaborative approach, the service will again be operated at cost price and we extend our invitation beyond just those in the North West region. Manchester Airport's comprehensive links to the rail network opens this flight up to MIPIM attendees across the whole of the North of England, Scotland, Wales and the Midlands."

MIPIM is the world's leading property market conference, bringing together investors, developers, architects, hotel groups, public authorities, end-users and property associations in Cannes in France for four days of networking, deal brokering and development of international business relations. In 2011, more than 18,600 people attended, from 6,400 companies and 90 countries.
