Main leaves Landwood for new venture

Anna Main has set up Re:volve Real Estate, a 12-strong property and asset management business based in Wilmslow.

Main was a director at Landwood Group for four years between 2019 and 2023. She said her new venture has “the sole purpose of transforming and evolving assets under management”.

Re:volve manages assets for more than 20 clients in the UK, valued in excess of £350m.

“Re:volve Real Estate represents the best in class providing a detailed director-led service,” Main said.

“The team believe in a hands-on approach and has the experience to not only manage assets for clients but the expertise to significantly improve portfolio performance and generate strong returns and turn the assets around.”

As well as retaining clients, Main has taken several members of Landwood’s accounts team with her to Re:volve.

Ex-Landwood man Ceryn Coughlin has been appointed as financial director and will lead the four-strong accounts team that includes Paresha Patel, Nadia Rahim, and Faye Bond.

Simon Davies has joined from Peacock Stevens & Co to head Re:volve’s building surveying team. The team also includes Barry Cargill, another former Peacock Stevens employee.

Other members of staff include Peter Carr, who joins as head of facilities management from CEG, and Sarah Bancroft, who has joined as a director after 14 years at Mason Owen

Main, who has also had stints at Avison Young and Praxis Real Estate, will head up the company’s surveying team alongside Bancroft, Louise Dean, and Kathryn Edwards.
