Luxury housebuilder begins £19m Trafford projects
Altrincham-based property developer Altin Homes has broken ground on two residential schemes in Sale and Hale, including a £5m mansion.
The plots represent the two sides of the developer’s business, private commission mansions and luxury family homes.
Altin Homes’ project in Sale, The Place, is located on Northenden Road. The two-acre site will feature 24 four- and five-bedroom family homes, with prices starting at £410,000.
Altin’s second development is a one-off mansion located at No.1 Hilltop, Hale. The £5m, 9,000 sq ft house will be built over four floors and includes an internal lift, five bedroom suites, a leisure suite, 11-metre swimming pool and a sauna.
Mohammad Khoy, managing director of Altin Homes, said: “These are exciting times for Altin with two major developments underway. We are already seeing a significant level of demand for the development in Sale.
“We have already developed two large homes on Hilltop and we know how desirable an address it is. What we are doing at No.1 Hilltop surpasses anything we have built in the past and requires a high level of engineering and construction know-how. It’s an amazing project and we are looking forward to seeing the property come out of the ground.”
