LSH unveils ratings boss among new recruits
Lambert Smith Hampton has announced a number of new appointments including a new head of rating in its Manchester office.
Mark Saunders joins the Manchester office from LSH's Birmingham office, having worked for the company for 20 years in both London and Birmingham. His clients in the ratings team will include T-Mobile, Dudson and MEPC. Saunders replaces Chris Stevens who has joined GVA Grimley.
Other new senior appointments at LSH Manchester include Richard Moffat, who previously worked for Erinaceous as director of planning. He will work with LSH's head of urban consultancy, Andrew Delaney, as well as the valuation and agency teams.
Paul Harvey has been recruited from GVA Grimley, where he ran the facilities management capability. He joins LSH as senior facilities manager.
LSH's valuation team has also expanded with two new appointments. David Thorp has been appointed as associate director, having worked at Christopher Rodgers for seven years, heading up the commercial valuation division. Jenny Owen, previously of Erinaceous, is now a senior surveyor. Graduate Haida Langham is also set to join the team in the spring on placement, while studying for an MSc at Reading University by distance learning.
