LSH to advise on Blackburn housing supply

Blackburn and Darwen council has instructed Lambert Smith Hampton to find 350 residential sites to include in its Local Development Framework up to 2020.

LSH was appointed by council adviser Roger Timms & Partners to provide residential land expertise in judging the suitability of sites.

Alastair Sheehan, head of residential land at Lambert Smith Butler's Manchester office, says: "These would be development sites – not one or two house sites.

"The amount of units built on them could range from at least five units up to 300 plus."
