LSH makes two senior appointments
Lambert Smith Hampton has hired Aaron Graham as director and Joe Johnson as associate director, as the firm continues to restructure following its sale to a US-based investor last year.
Graham joins from his role as director at real estate services firm Avison Young, and he previously held roles at Knight Frank and Gerald Eve. He joins the valuations team, which already has 15 valuers who work across all sectors, with particular focus on alternative investments.
Johnson is returning to LSH as an associate director in the building consultancy team, after he left a year ago to head up the project management department at Dot Residential.
His re-appointment boosts the building consultancy team to 19 members, and follows several other promotions in the department since the end of 2019. Brett Lea has been promoted to associate director from senior surveyor, and Tom Smith was promoted to senior surveyor from surveyor.
Both Graham and Johnson will be based at LSH’s Manchester office.
Christian Flatley, head of North West valuation at LSH, said: “Aaron’s knowledge of the local market across industrial, office and retail sectors further strengthens LSH’s valuation expertise in the region.”
LSH has undergone several staffing changes in the past month since its previous owner Countrywide Group sold the company to John Bengt Moeller, owner of US-based Great Global Holdings for £38m in November. Place North West previously reported that office agency directors Josh Levy and Andrew Gardiner had been made redundant.
