LPC Living finishes Hulton Square homes
Salford-based developer LPC Living has completed the final phase of its Hulton Square project in Ordsall, with the construction of 99 homes by contractor Forrest.
Designed by Manchester-based architects, MPSL, the houses have been built on a site overlooking Ordsall Park, and are made up of a mix of townhouses together with one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Launched in 2006, Hulton Square forms part of the Ordsall Development Framework. Under the partnership with Salford City Council, LPC Living, which is owned by Pervaiz Naviede Family Trusts, is the lead developer for an area of 180 acres between Salford Quays and Manchester city centre.
In total, LPC Living has built 670 houses in Ordsall.
Simon Ashdown, director at LPC Living, said: “The completion of the Hulton Square development marks an exciting chapter in the story of Ordsall. The area has changed significantly from when we began our pioneering Quay 5 development on Ordsall Lane, which spearheaded much of today’s development and is testament to the success of the regeneration that has taken place.”
The developer is currently working on plans for the final phases of the adjoining Radcliffe Park development, as well as a scheme of 150 homes, also in Ordsall.
