Lookers snaps up Aspect House

National car dealership group Lookers has completed the acquisition of the 21,000 sq ft Aspect House in Altrincham to house its headquarters.

The building was previously occupied by Styles & Wood, before the fit-out business relocated to Sale in early 2016.

Lookers has bought the freehold interest from Bradley Investments and will relocate from its existing premises near Old Trafford later this year.

Martin Vickerman, property director at Lookers, said: “We are thrilled with the purchase of Aspect House which will enable the business to continue to grow.” The company currently has annual revenue in excess of £4bn.

TSG Property Consultants acted for Lookers. Direcor Trevor Sloan said: “There is a real shortage of freehold office buildings in South Manchester, so it was very pleasing to be able to complete this purchase on behalf of our client.”
