Logicor lets 84,500 sq ft in Cheadle
Global beauty distributor Ecotrade Europe has agreed terms on the space at Lawnhurst Trading Estate, taking the Stockport park to 95% full.
Ecotrade Europe is a distributer of beauty products and accessories through a variety of brands including Beauty Industry Group.
Unit 13 is the largest multi-let industrial (MLI) space that Logicor has leased in the UK, this year following its extensive refurbishment of four assets on the estate, three of which are now occupied.
The transaction brings Logicor’s portfolio of 16 assets on the 199,000 sq ft Lawnhurst estate to 95% occupancy, with only one unit remaining available after six deals this year.
Located on Bird Hall Lane, the unit sits on a secure, self-contained site within the Lawnhurst Trading Estate, accessed via Oakhurst Drive and near Junctions 1 and 2 of the M60.
The deal with Ecotrade comes after Unit 13 underwent a comprehensive refurbishment to obtain an EPC B rating, installation of EV charging facilities, air source heat pumps, LED lighting, provision of an extensive yard and parking and a new insulated roof covering.
