Logicor goes again in Salford after 330,000 sq ft shed completion

A warehouse is to be constructed at Worsley Trading Estate in Little Hulton opposite the recently completed Bolt330 under plans lodged by the European shed specialist.

Logicor has submitted plans for a 26,000 sq ft warehouse with ancillary office accommodation on a 1.45-acre site off Lester Way opposite its 330,000 sq ft scheme, which wrapped up last year.

The development would provide an “attractive, sustainable unit that will be well sought after within the market by occupiers”, according to a planning statement by consultant DWD.

Webb Gray is the architect and Savills is the project manager.
