Augur maps expansion for Adagio Liverpool

The real estate investor, which shares its name with a brand of French vodka, has lodged plans to convert the grade two-listed building on Margaret Street into a short-stay apartment.

Infrared Capital Partners has proposed a 147,000 sq ft industrial development at Triumph Business Park in Speke, which if approved would bring the total business park to almost 1m sq ft.
