Warrington’s industrial market experienced the highest number of investment deals on record in 2015, at 84 transactions, according to Warrington & Co’s eighteenth property report released on Friday.

Residential property developer Wainhomes North West has relocated its headquarters to Kelburn Court at Daten Park in Birchwood, Warrington. The 9,307 sq ft building was purchased by Wainhomes from Standard Life Investments for an undisclosed sum.

The North West residential sector saw a significant boost in the number of new-build properties commissioned in Q3 this year, leading all regions with 5,275 units, according to data provider Barbour ABI.
