Bellway set for approval at Bowlands Hey

Taylor Wimpey and Homes England have submitted plans for 1,100 homes on agricultural land in Lancashire that has been allocated for development for two decades.

A 60-home scheme, including 40% affordable provision, has been given the green light by Wyre Council.

Chorley Council has granted approval to Trafford Housing Trust for the construction of 122 homes on a 26-acre plot.

Anwyl Homes has submitted plans for a 72-home scheme in Barton near Preston.

This year will see fresh services launched including a development map to complement news stories and branded content production for partners.

Initial work to build 130 apartments at Bishopsgate Gardens on Ormskirk Road in Preston will begin later this month, according to the developer.

Two masterplans, which would create over 600 homes, a school, and a car park across two sites in Poulton-le-Fylde, have been opened for public consultation.

Telereal Trillium has sold an 11-acre site in Lytham St Annes in Lancashire to Morris Homes.
