Freeths appoints PPP specialist

The Manchester-based property agency Sixteen Real Estate has hired Dan Whitney to head up its newly formed planning department in what the firm described as “the next natural step for the agency”. 

Luke Cross, former editor of Social Housing magazine, has joined Manchester-based communications consultancy Social as a director to set up a specialist environmental, social and governance division and lead the agency’s expansion into London.
