Urban Logistics buys in Wirral

The drinks retailer has agreed to lease 12,000 sq ft within the first phase of Chancerygate’s £20m Mersey Reach industrial development in Aintree.

The frozen food retailer has signed a 10-year lease on a 10,000 sq ft unit at the Derwent Group’s Merseyside shopping complex.

The financial giant's merchant banking division, working with operating partner Pitmore, has acquired a 918-home portfolio of North West rented houses from Gatehouse Bank.

Renewable bioenergy and carbon reduction specialist Fleetsolve is to expand by moving to a 24,500 sq ft unit at Riverview Business Park in Bromborough.

The property investor has bought the building, located within Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough, from Commercial Estates Group for an undisclosed sum.
