Living Brick seeks £10.5m for Baltic Hotel

The developer is looking to sell the 52-bedroom Liverpool hotel, which started trading last year.

The Baltic Hotel is located on Jamaica Street in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle district and was designed by Domec.

Living Brick’s six-storey hotel features a distinctive façade, events space, and a bar.

Knight Frank has been appointed to market the freehold of the property, which is available with vacant possession.

“The business is showing impressive trading performance that we expect to grow as the area continues to thrive,” said Ryan Lynn, partner in the Knight Frank hotels team.

“New owners will also benefit from the opportunity to expand the business with additional bedrooms and new revenue streams such as a trendy roof terrace and bar which would be a perfect fit for the area.”

Baltic Triangle is a popular area of the city and is due to welcome London food and entertainment concept Boxpark next year.

Other plans for the area include reintroducing a train station on the site of the former St James station.
