Liverpool Uni seeks new build student housing developer

Liverpool University has published a tender to find a private partner to build 830 en-suite student bedrooms above ground floor commercial units within one mile of the main campus on Brownlow Hill.

The tender hints that future phases may be required but does not commit further detail.

The deadline for tenders is 6 January.
