Letting completed in Accrington

Eezee Lay Carpets & Beds has taken a 3,256 sq ft retail warehouse at 48 Burnley Road in Accrington, Lancashire.

The flooring and furniture firm has agreed on a six year lease on the three storey property with a private landlord.

Mark Harrison, agency surveyor at Robert Pinkus & Co, who acted on behalf of the landlord, said: "This is a very positive message about the strength of the current retail trade in Accrington town centre and we wish the new tenants every success in their new premises."

Savills acted as joint agents on behalf of the landlords.
