Letting agreed at Taurus Park

Aviva Investors has let 16,196 sq ft Unit 3 at Taurus Park in Europa Boulevard in Warrington to Allen & Appleyard Furniture.
The family run business, which supplies furniture, sofas, beds and mattresses from UK manufacturers, has agreed on a 10 year lease at £5.25/sq ft on the warehouse and is relocating from Knutsford.
Richard Johnson, associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, who acted on behalf of Aviva Investors, said: "We are delighted to have disposed of the largest available unit on this well located and high profile estate. A straight 10 year term was negotiated, which confirms the high quality of Taurus Park and its suitability as a long term trading location."
